Agent unable to login campaign appear momentaryly & disa

Postby irfanlateef » Tue Jan 20, 2009 11:39 am

Hi,

I am using
Centos 5.2 / Asterisk 1.4.22 / FreePBX 2.5.0.1 / VICIDIAL 2.0.4 1rc5 ( Colocated Model)

I have the campaign active , the list is active , the users are active and the phone is active.

The hopper has the leads in in it.

2009-01-20 11:06:43 CAMPAIGNS TO PROCESSES ADAPT FOR: 1|0 IT: 345265
TESTCAMP hopper READY count: 2 CAMPAIGN DIFFERENTIAL: 0 0 (0 - 0)
2009-01-20 11:06:44 CAMPAIGNS TO PROCESSES ADAPT FOR: 1|0 IT: 345266
TESTCAMP hopper READY count: 2 CAMPAIGN DIFFERENTIAL: 0 0 (0 - 0)

My screen -ls is
[root@cbusivr extras]# screen -ls
There are screens on:
7508.ASTlisten (Detached)
7515.ASTVDremote (Detached)
18995.ASTVDadapt (Attached)
7505.ASTsend (Detached)
7502.ASTupdate (Detached)
7512.ASTVDauto (Detached)
6 Sockets in /var/run/screen/S-root.

It was able to log in sometime ago and I was trying to make a call.

While debuging the problems I deleted 200 dummy phone entries I
which got installed because of blindly following the scratch installation
procedures.

Now I am unable to figure what got messed.

Now when I login the phone screen it is okay and the user screen come up.
When I try to login the user give the user id and pass word and
when I click the scroll down button for the campaign, to choose a
campaign, I see the campaign for less than a second and it disappears
and there are no campaigns in the scroll down list and I am unable to
login.

I tried everything I can think of, I stopped the campaigns , stoped the lists
and even restarted the asterisk but no change.

Appreciate if you can suggest how to debug this problem
so I get back to what I was trying to do ( No No I didn't mean watching
Obama's inaugural ceremony ... LOL !)

Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

This problem is solved. There might be other solutions but here is what I did.

(a) Stop the campaign
(b) deactivate list
(c) delete the user
(d) delete the list
(e) delete the phone extension
(f) delete the campaign

Then start everything all over again adding in the right order
and it works.

The reason I figured out this would work was, because the
6666/1234 default administrative login was working fine.
So I realized it is problem with this particular user going out sync.

One of the reasons this might have happened is because while
the campaign was running I delete a lot of entries from list and phone extensions.

Hope this helps.
