Hi friends,

I have a requirement like below.

My agents are doing outbound calls and asking to customer few question like :

que :1
ans :
a
b
c
d

que :2
ans :
a
b
c
d

etc etc..

Now this all questions are predefine total 10 questions are there. I want to save answer of all the customer. It`s like a survey with customer..

Can it be possible with vicidial to do this. ?? If yes than how ?

There are several companies that have used Lime Survey with VICIDIAL.

So is there any documentation to integrate LimeSurvey with ViciDial..Will it created survey as per customer phone number individual..?

There has been documentation of how to do that posted right here on these forums. I've even seen documentation posted on the web.
