Same issue

Postby ced » Wed Feb 04, 2009 12:04 pm

I have the same issue after fresh installation on openSUSE.

In researching the differences from the class laptop to the new installation - the install did not set up any conferences or system statuses (along with the user and pass of the admin user which is now resolved).

Is there a script available to add the conferences and statuses?

I am assuming the conferences not being in there is the reason for the error of: Sorry, there are no available sessions

xedlinux: Please go into admin.php and go to the Admin tab. Click on the link that says "Vicidial Conferences". Please make sure that you have entries in there that match the server ip for the dialer.

ced: Please doubt check that your followed the installation document to the letter. Issues such as these tend to arise from not following the directions properly.

And -- the important part -- note that "Conferences" and "Vicidial Conferences" are separate things, and you have to make sure *both* are configured properly.
