Issue with Individual Campaign Real Time Stats

Postby konextu » Mon Feb 16, 2009 9:36 pm

VERSION: 2.0.5-164 BUILD: 90210-1042

Ok grabbed the latest in trunk on sunday, rolled it out this afternoon.

When looking at the realtime stats for a given campaign the following fields are either not updating, or they'll go to insane numbers, like 45000% drop rate etc... then a minute later go back to 0's or other non related numbers.

DIAL LEVEL: 3 TRUNK SHORT/FILL: 0 / 0 FILTER: NONE TIME: 2009-02-16 20:32:39
DIALABLE LEADS: 1455 CALLS TODAY: 16 AVG AGENTS: 7.45 DIAL METHOD: RATIO
HOPPER LEVEL: 50 DROPPED / ANSWERED: 0 / 3 DL DIFF: 4.2 STATUSES: WRG, VEmp, REF, PTPO, PTPCB, PTPB, PAID, NONCOM, NLE, LMPOE, LMOM, HU, DEI, CHK, BRI, NEW
LEADS IN HOPPER: 89 DROPPED PERCENT: 0% DIFF: 56.38% ORDER: DOWN

This is what the campaign show's and we are about 4000 calls into this campaign every once in a while it will show way off numbers, then flip back to this. Possible bug in new release? Or am I just an idiot and missed something(which is completely plausible at this point)?

little background:
IAX trunks to binfone, 3 seperate servers (web, asterisk/vicidial, database). SIP phones (x-lite)... Using auto alt dialing, lead recycle, etc..

If you go to list and look at the stats on the lists all the data is accurate, as well as data in the other reports, it seems only the realtime is flubbed?

thoughts?

What statuses do you have set to Human answer=Y?

Did you select multiple campaigns from the list in teh realtime screen or only one?

Also dialable leads will go to zero for about a minute then back up the number it needs to be at, so for a minute it will not dial anything.

how often does the hopper going to zero happen?

What is the hopper level set to int he campaign?

How many calls do you place in an hour?

Give or take a thousand calls an hour. Happens with hopper set at 50, 200, 500, and 750. Happens very random. Sometimes it will cease to reload it self for hours then it'll start working again.

If it is not predictable in amy way then it is very difficult to diagnose. It could very well be a timing or time sync issue of some kind. I have never seen this happen on a production system that we have managed.
