inbound campaign

i want to make a inbound campaign in vicidial .
i have make a trunk between a host freepbx and vicidial and when the extension in freepbx dial 00216XXXXXXXX the phone in vicidial ring .


how can configure the inbound call in extension.conf of vicidial to allow the information customer to appear when received the call.

knowing that I have already created the campaign and the list with this field:
100001|10001|108|00216|77777777|MR|JOHN|Q|PUBLIC|249 MUNDON ROAD|MALDON|FL||||33709|USA|M|1970-01-0 ... t@test.com|nothing|COMMENTS

i don't khnow if i set 00216XXXXXXXX in place 8002277655 in dialplan

else what i shoud set???

what is the exact phone number that is arriving on the VICIDIAL system in the Asterisk CLI when you place this call?

i have make the same step in tutorial:

1/make in-group salesline
2/ make new campaign Test-IN
3/log with my user
so appear a green screen
4/choose in-group
5/ clic on 'Resume'
