Hello ...i have 55 agents but need some server on simple mode
what server do i have to purchase to works fine with these agents quantity

Type of call handling? (inbound/outbound/blended)
Lines to agent ratio?
call recording? (None/all calls/some)
SIP codec? (None/Ulaw/G729/GSM)

Lines to agent ratio? = RATIO (2.0 - 3.0)
call recording? (None/all calls/some) = ALL CALLS
SIP codec? (None/Ulaw/G729/GSM) =G729

For this you will need more than one server. I would recommend 4 quad-core servers. 1 database/web, 1 codec transcoding server and 1 agent server. You will want at least 4GB RAM on the agent server, or more if you can.
