inbound calls are hanging up in closer

I am using vicidial trunk from svn (astguiclient-2.0.5rc).

exten => _1221,1,Ringing
exten => _1221,2,Wait(1)
exten => _1221,3,Answer ; Answer the line
exten => _1221,4,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_inbound.agi,CLOSER-----LB-----CLOSERCAMP-----1221-----Closer-----park----------999-----1)
exten => _1221,5,Hangup

* CLOSER is Group ID of ingroup
* CLOSERCAMP is the Group Name of ingroup
* 1221 is the testing number used for inbound.
* INBOUND is the name of campaign id

Also i have tickmark the "Allowed Inbound Groups" in campaing name INBOUND. When the agent loggin they choose the in-group and than click on RESUME to get calls.

Below is the agi debug. When i am dialing to my inbound number it is getting hangup without connecting to the campaign.
What could be the problem.

Need to see the agiout logfile output, NOT the AGI debug on Asterisk(that doesn't help at all)

is there any data after that like it complaining of not being able to find an available agent etc? (would be underneath the output you've listed).
