What are the specs on your server(CPU/RAM/drives)?

What kind of T1/E1 card are you using?

What version of Asterisk and zaptel?

Are you recording all calls?

Does this happen with only one agent on the server dialing?

What is the loadavg when this happens?

if that is a single core CPU then your problem may be happening when you get up to 1.6 (160% of CPU use) which can cause all sorts of problems.

OK, well load isn't your problem, it could be because you are recording all calls, or it could be an issue with your GSM channelbank. I don't have any firsthand experience with those.
