how can make a closer in vicidial to transfer my call when i clic in 'transfer-conf' (through web agent) to this closer.

What are the version and build of your vicidial.php?

First I would recommend that you upgrade to at least 2.0.4.1rc5 and note the UPGRADE document changes. Also, take a look at the default extensions.conf that is included with that release.

Transfer to closer doesn't work that way.

If you want to add a list of in-groups to transfer that is different, that can be done from the Campaign Detail screen.
