Hi Everyone,

I could able to do automated voice broadcasting successfully. I had a situation where after playing the message if customer clicks Press 1 It should ring an external number.

I modified the dial plan and made Press 1 for dialing customer

exten => 8320,1,WaitForSilence(1000,2)
exten => 8320,2,AGI(VD_amd_post.agi,${EXTEN})
exten => 8320,3,Background(85100002)

; Basically an small IVR system can be created

exten => 1,1,Dial(SIP/{number}@{sip provider},40)
exten => i,1, Playback(invalid)

Do anybody configured Press 1 Campaign before. Please share your suggestions. I somehow feel it can be done in better way. Your suggestion and information would be helpful.

I would highly suggest installing 2.0.5 from SVN. It includes a section called Survey which allows you to configure all of this from within the web interface.

Thank you for the suggestion. The svn version looks good and has this inbuilt.
