Today, I saw one major problem on VDAD REPORT.

Total call=12892, in which NA(no answer auto dial)=11859.
I am not able to understand why is it happening.
Please tell me what is NA(no anser auto dial) and why 11859 leads in NA.
here Vicidial auto calls is running with PRI. Here ratio is 1:1
