Hi matt,
Can i ask bout the upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.0.5 below??
45. Added agent alert option to agent screen. sends browser alert prompt when a call is send to the agent screen.
How do we set up this one?
Most Problem that i encountered is the agent cannot respond to the call immediately for inbound calls because no alert or ring when the calls reach to the agents.

This feature is purely for a browser popup, but for inbound calls in VICIDIAL there is already an audible alert that you can set up to play an audio file before the customer comes to the agent's session.
Are your agents using hardphones or softphones?
Are they not at their desk or on their phone all the time?

Softphones.. but they are using hardphones before..
Are they not at their desk or on their phone all the time?
sometimes they are not in their desk but not all the time coz they need to discuss with other team also coz its a repair they are doing inbound.
