Anyone (read Mike & James) that has dealt with the owner of the company I work for knows he is a tad particular about the most bizarre things.
I have been asked to find out a way to implement a hot-key the agent can press to initiate recording of a call. My answer is obviously to have the agent move the mouse 2cm and click "Start Recording".
This apparently is not efficient enough, so my question is if anyone knows a way to have a single keyboard stroke accomplish this?

I would wonder why recording all calls would not be an option, then it's "no-click" recording
as for initiating recording from a keyboard press, that could be possible, I'm sure we could custom code that if it was paid for.

All call recording was my suggestion, but that's just too simple Matt
I'll suggest paying for custom code.
Thank you
