We find that when using the survey / voice broadcast tool to connect calls of people who press 1 as they are interested, we are not making enough calls at any one time to keep enough people on the phone as it takes us about 100 calls to get one person to press the number 1. Is there a way to configure the survey program to run an unlimited number of calls at once so we can keep our inbound call flow up?
Thanks,
Scott

How many agents do you have?
How many servers do you have?
What are the specs on the servers?
What do you have your dial method set to in the campaign?
What do you have the drop percentage set to in the campaign?
What do you have the dial ratio set to in the campaign?

Adaptive Average and tested Ratio
We have tested up to 100%
Up to 4, is there a way to increase the ratio higher than 4?

use adapt_tapered then put your drop call rate to 50% then put your maximum dial ratio to 30.
This way you can really see how many lines can your server handle
