Problem with callbacks

I there.
I've a problem with some callbacks because they are not called!

After seeing the sources, in AST_VDhopper.pl i see that when an ACTIVE callback where found, it pass in LIVE status, vicidial_list.status pass in "CALLBK" and this lead go into vicidial_hopper to be called.

The callback with problem isn't in vicidial_hopper, is LIVE and in vicidial_list the status is CBHOLD.

How is this possible?

Is this an ANYONE callback or AGENTONLY?

There is no difference between ANYONE and AGENTONLY because i've the same problem in both cases.

Some are ANYONE a some others AGENTONLY.

ps: I can see in AST_VDhopper.pl that ANYONE callbacks are inserted into vicidial_hopper to be called. What is the AGENTONLY callbacks call logic? They go into hopper? If not, how agentonly callbacks are called?

AGENTONLY callbacks do not go into the hopper at all. The agent needs to click on them to initiate the dialing.
