Im using Asterisk version 1.2 with vicidial 2.0.4-122 and operating system is Centos 5.im having over 20 seats call center.im facing voice destortion and voice breakage.
can any one help.

What is the loadavg when this is happening?
Did that start happening lately or always been like this? Or when did it start?
What are the specs of this server(s)?
What codec are you using between agents and server and server and your VoIP provider?
Are agents in a local network with the server, or it's in a remote location?
Are you using SIP/IAX trunk, T1 cards or what?
What is the exact version of asterisk?
