VICIDIAL hanging up On Adaptive Calls,

We are having a problem where we can only use vicidial under manual mode, because under adaptive, it hangs up on everyone who picks up our calls within the first few seconds and before transferring to an agent. In addition, for the manual calls it does not even count that the calls are being completed in the campaign.

Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

Asterisk version?

astguiclient version?

do you have the 'o' Dial flag?

Also, you could search these forums for this same problem and likely find your solution (asked many times ... resolved many times).

If you don't find one that matches you (try the solutions and see if they work) ...

Read the stickies and post your system configuration (possibly put your configuration in your signature...)
