agi-record_prompts.agi problems

I am trying to use ext. 8168 to record prompts.

When I dial 8168 I get an immediate hang up. How do I troubleshoot this? I have pasted info from the extension_custom.conf and the console.

I am using VICIDIAL VERSION: 2.0.4-119 BUILD: 71125-1751 Running on Gentoo 2008, with FreePBX. Also, the initial install of asterisk was running under root, and I have now changed it to run everything under user asterisk.

Here is the section in the extension_custom.conf:

exten => 8168,1,Answer
exten => 8168,2,AGI(agi-record_prompts.agi)
exten => 8168,3,Hangup

I set debug and verbose to 100. Here is the result from the console:

We do not support the use of FreePBX on the same machine as ViciDial because it is a mess to deal with. Maybe William Conley will have a suggestion.

He changed the sip phone to "default" context and it ignited the agi properly through the dialplan, but he still didn't get to record his message. Now he's watching the agi and logs to find out why it isn't recording, but at least it's back to vicidial troubleshooting.
