hi....how do i setup vicidial server using two ethernet ports comparing to single ports behind a LAN..

dual:

internet==>modem==>vicidial==>switch===>client softphones


single:

internet==>modem==>router===>switch===>vicidial and client PC

is there any changes on the config with the two setup...?

setup ip/subnet/gateway for your public IP nic, you will also need to setup nat on your server for PC to be able to access the internet, dhcp server, tftp if needed.
remove gateway entry form your private IP nic configuration
Remember to have bind=0.0.0.0 in your sip.conf if you are using sip termination and sip softphone
And no vicidial configuration changes are needed.
In your diagram one of the parts is modem. If you are refering to a comcast cable modem you are limited to 4 channels open at any given time to your sip provider.

do i have to ip forward and also set for NAT on iptables...
