Greetings, I've searched the forum with no luck on this.
Both my webserver and dialer server use the correct time.
phpinfo returns the correct system time as well.
All the agents see the time 1 hour ahead of local standard on their screens.
Anyone have ideas on this?
Thank you,

What timezone are you in?
What are the servers and phones tables GMT offset fields set to?

I am on the east coast. The phones and server configurations are GMT-5 which would be correct. The vicidial admin page shows the correct time, as does the date on the consoles - its only the agent screens at the top that show the incorrect time.
Thank you

I believe its always been that way (I made a mental note to look into it a couple months ago), our agents are just starting to notice it now as they become more familiar with callbacks.

I have heard that this can be a PHP install issue, never experienced it myself, but you might want to try wiping PHP/Apache and reinstalling it.

Was installed by Vicidial Group. I can't get any responses from James after numerous messages but that's unrelated to this forum. May look into other consultants.
Thank you Matt.

Please PM me with the OTRS ticket ID for this issue so I can look it up in our system.
