Try it without a trixbox. Trixbox has a tendency to cause unusual behavior. To date, i've never bumped into someone with both running on the same server ... successfully. I have FreePBX running on most of the servers I've built, but that's because you can just NOT USE FreePBX features and they can just be ignored (until you need them). But Trixbox is a different system, and does not play well with others.

Try your setup without a trixbox (try vicibox!) and you may find your problems go away.
