Real time screen and inbound calls waiting for agents

hi,
i'm facing a strange issue with real-time screen (AST_timeonVDADall.php).

Every single outbound connected call waiting for agents is displayed here (like 1 calls waiting for agents). But in case of inbound calls, the call (waiting calls for agents) vanishes after few seconds. I tried to look into vicidial_auto_calls table, the entries are deleted from the table after few seconds.

Please help me to sort-out this inbound thing.

2.0.2 hasn't been supported for a couple years now. I would suggest upgrading to 2.0.5.

Hi Matt,

Thanx for your prompt reply. I had done certain modifications in my present version; in working, reporting etc to suit my requirements, so upgrading to 2.0.5 would be quite difficult.

I request you to kindly suggest the way ahead. I can post AGI outputs if they can be of any help.
