Hi All,

I m running one voice blasting server. i m getting NO ANSWER statuses for all the dialed numbers weather it's No answer or Busy or Number does not exist. i want different statuses for all this numbers. Is it Possible in vicidial?

That would depend on your carrier and the codes they send for those events. Who is your carrier?

I m using PRI from TELCO in India.so i m getting perfect cause codes for call termination.but actually here call is not disposed by Agent it is Auto disposed so is it possible to dispose calls which are answered in Answered calls and busy calls in busy call disposition.

here i m sending u my extension.conf for the voice blasting server

exten => 8312,1,Answer
exten => 8312,2,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => 8312,3,Background(conf)
exten => 8312,4,Hungup()

In this case then disconnects and busys should be dispositioned properly.
