User Level

Postby ced » Wed Apr 29, 2009 2:57 pm

Hello-

I have searched the manual and the site but can't seem to find the info I was looking for...

Is there a description somewhere of what each "User Level" number does i.e. I see level 2 or greater is a closer and 8 or above get's into the admin section, but what do the other user levels do for you?

Thanks,

CD

I usually only setup users at level 1 (normal) and 8 for managers. The rest I dont have any idea what they are for. I guess I will have to track the answer at the code.

Anyone else?

1 - fronter
2-5 - closer or fronter
7 - report viewing only
8 - limited manager
9 - alter-anything manager

For that functionality you have to enable the "Change Agent Campaign" user setting.

You would need to have a level 9 user make that change.
