Sangona Call analyzer for AMD

Hello,

I am thinking if it is possible that the call analyzer will just detect the amd and not run the AMD detection of the asterisk? As this takes like additional 1 second before it transfers the call to an agent.

You should not use Asterisk AMD if you are using Sangoma's CPD, there is really no reason to do it, and several reasons not to.

so basically I just have to set it to 8368 then set it on the campaign for CPD to dispose?

You got it :)

Just set CPD AMD Action to DISPO or MESSAGE and that's it.
