vicidial dials problem

Hi Matt,

Here vicidial is running for 32 agents on one pri E1 .

I have set dial method = ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT
auto dial level=3.0
Available only tally=yes
Drop percentage limit=1%
Maximum Adapt Dial Level=3.0
Dial level diff target=1-1 calls waiting for one agent.

Here problem is :-
I have seen 17-18 agents in ready and dialer dials 52-56 calls , it shows 52 calls ringing. I have only 30 channels in pri, but when dialer dials 52 calls, how it is possible?
I am not able to understand , please help me.

I am looking one problem in other campaign also here. I have disable DC status from system status.
DC status is not enable anywhere in vicidial but todays in vdad report I have seen
disconnected number 523. I mean, system have given 523 disconnected number but I have disabled DC status. What may be problem? Please help me .

Could you post the output of the asterisk CLI?

How is your "Max VICIDIAL Trunks". By default If I am not mistaken is setup to 96. So it could be that your dialer is trying to place calls but asterisk is not able to connect those calls due to the lack of outbound channels. The asterisk logs could tell us that.

ticoit, good respond. Max VICIDIAL Trunks for one pri need to bet set to 23 and having 32 agent with dial level 3 this makes 96 calls to be dialed at once. If the Max VICIDIAL Trunks is not set properly and you are sending more call that can be handled your trunk responds as busy/congested or fast busy read by asterisk as disconnected number.
