Issue regarding fetching voice recordings.

Hi guys i need a little help.

Under my Vicidial when i go to 192.168.1.100/vicidial/user_stats.php.

there is path to fetch recordings but that path is incorrect.

Can any body tell me how to change that path under the server or in the vicidial.

This is what i m getting under this
192.168.1.100/RECORDINGS/GSM/20090504-210242_1622744019-all.gsm

I m Getting this ERROR

What do you have in your crontab for the audio entries?

What do you have in the astguiclient.conf for your FTP entries?

Than only happened to me when I had the wrong cron tasks set:

I disabled AST_CRON_audio_1_move_mix.pl:

#0,3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57 * * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_audio_1_move_mix.pl

And enabled AST_CRON_audio_1_move_VDonly.pl
0,3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36,39,42,45,48,51,54,57 * * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_audio_1_move_VDonly.pl

Depending on your configuration you could be receiving local emails from cron reporting an issue with soxmix that cant mix the two -in.wav/-out.wav files. The previous solution given by Matt fixed the issue.
