hi tried to test the predictive dialler ratio 1:1 then whe the agent press the resume button i got this problem:

No dialing is done or on process.
What extension did the asterisk means..?

and also when i logout on the predicitve mode from the web interface i got this error:

Particularly take into consideration the post from Op3r about some details of your system so the vicidial gurus here. They need all the details possible to create a mind image of your setup.

In the mean time, did you create all the conferences lines at /etc/asterisk/meetme.conf?
