Hi,

I'm using Vicidial 2.0.5 and I'm willing to block manual calls to be placed from soft phones.

I'm using SJPhone 1.6 and I did not found any option to block calls from being placed by agent.

I want all calls to be performed and managed by Vicidial and let no option to an agent to place call by hand using installed soft phone.

i seach also the same thing i want to block manual call from the softphone
maybe we can block the key pad of the softphone to block the manual dial to the agent

In SVN trunk we have added a "Phone Context" field to the phones table which will allow you to set an IAX or SIP phone entry to a context that does not exist so that the phone cannot be used to dial out, but it will still work just fine with ViciDial.

Sounds a good idea.

Will give a try to that option (by hand since I'm not willing to upgrade to SVN).
