What are the causes of this issue? Can you give me details as to why this thing happens? My hardware are new.

What version and build of vicidial.php are you using?

What kind of call handling?

How many agents and how many servers?

ubuntu with the latest version of vicidial, the 2.5 i think.Got only one server with more or less 10 agents.Outbound dialing
