Hi guys,
Having purchased the coloured user manual I believe that we have set everything up per the instructions. However I get the following error message when an agent logs in:
"Sorry, there are no available sessions "
We have searched this forum and tried all the ideas presented, but still no luck.
Andy ideas?
Thanks
Andy

Hi Matt,
We are using:
VERSION: 2.0.5-173
BUILD: 90320-0424
It was installed using the guide from your site - a scratch install together with the install guide for free PBX.
Regards
Andy

you really should get this running without freepbx before attempting to integrate.
is there any other software besides freepbx installed?
which OS are you installed on?
