I have loaded the list with exactly 15001 records, 1 bad:first line was a descriptive, but the list shows 14460 dialable lids.
Why is there a deference of 540, 3.6% ?
what variable caused some leads not to be recognized?
how can I see these records and complaint to my list provider?

often this is because of non ASCII characters, or commas in a comma-delimited file, or phone numbers that have less than 6 digits.

I would recommend loading leads as pipe-delimited because that sometimes lets more of the comma-infused records in.
