How do I access my campaign recodings? When I set the campaign to record the link will appear in recordings for this campaign but when I click the link nothing will happen I will just get "connecting" and no page will be displayed. Any help would be greatly appreciated my client needs me to record all calls. Thanks in advance.

Do you have Apache installed on your dialer with the proper Alias to the recordings monitorDONE directory?

I really dont know is there a way for me to check. Thanks.
