just i want 2 thing :
first really he get me crazy this vtiger i have never success his integration
he is installated good the i have go to :
admin ->system setting then in the field of vtiger Synchronize i have put this:
Enable Vtiger Integration:1
Vtiger DB Server IP:localhost or 127.0.0.1
Vtiger DB Name: vtigercrm503
Vtiger DB Login:root
Vtiger DB Password: "mypassword for mysql "
Vtiger URL:http://192.168.1.10/vtigercrm/
then i clik in "Click here to Synchronize users with Vtiger"
and i see this -->

but when i go to vtiger i see nothing as my lead list ans my Campaigns in vicidial? only i see my user from vicidial just this
it is strange ?
my seconde question and please i need these answer please
how can i change audio record
when i go admin-->users-->then i choose my user and i clik in user stats then, in "RECORDINGS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD: (10000 record limit)" i see only this "LOCATION " -->"http://192.168.1.10/RECORDINGS/GSM/TRAFFIC_20090629-141504_557493113_bluecall01-all.gsm" why is only .gsm i wan it mp3.
