I have some question about this :

SOME NOTES ABOUT PREDICTIVE DIALING:
- Predictive dialing works better the more agents you have on a campaign. You should not use it for only one or two agents.

why? why I should not use only one or two agents?

for performance? or if it will make some problem?

plz, tell me that reason.

He said understand the concepts of predictive dialing, not just know the meaning of the term.

If you did have such an understanding, you would not need to ask the question that you did...
