i am new,,i dont have any knowledge about Vicidial..
i want to record the calls .
how can i do that?(8 Agents)
and where will i get that files.on vicidial server

In Admin logon select Campain and select campain in detail view and select option
Campaign Recording: AllCALLS
file location is
/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/done
or
/var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM
