Manual Dailup is Working but Live Call is not wokring

We are using VICIDIAL version CE1.2 VICIDIALNOW

Problem

1. Auto dialup is not working. Call connected successfully but when agent received the call dropped.


please help to resolve the problem

admin.php version and build?

Do you have the 'o' flag in your Dial string?

What codec are you using?
