how can managers listen-in on agent conversations

i want to listenthe call when the agents are on call.
i tried it ..i went to reports then in SIP:listen then i clicked on listen beside the agent..
then only X-lite(softphone) pop ups,,,i cant hear any thing..
how can i do it work

admin.php version and build?
