how to call ???

Hello,
I make calls with a SIP trunk , and my dial plan is:

exten => _00216XXXXXXXX,1,Dial(${TRUNKTVS}/${EXTEN:2})
exten => _00216XXXXXXXX,n,Hangup

as you can see i call tunisian numbers and all things seems to be OK when i call from XLite 00216xxxxxxxx .

But when im logging as an agent with vicidial I just only make call with a manual dial with 00216xxxxxxxx, but can not call leads.

what phone number should i load? and what are the settings for the campaign like prefix code and omit code phone option(y/n) ?

I have tryed with 00216xxxxxxxx in the phone number of the leads but it doesnt work because it accepts only 12 digits.

Looks like you aren't using a call_log entry in that dialplan snippit.

I would suggest putting 216 in your phone code field the rest of the phone number in the phone_number field, and then adding the 00 in the dialplan:

exten => _216XXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _216XXXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNKTVS}/00${EXTEN})
exten => _216XXXXXXXX,n,Hangup

Hi Addex,

Did you receive any "LIVE CALL" indicator in the agent interface? I have something similar here. I can receive calls on the softphone but not on the agent web interface
