Help in Survey No Response Action

Good Morning Everyone,

I like to know how to keep track of No response in survey campaign. I set it to OPTIN so it will hangup if they dont press any dtmf.

I could keep details of people who who are not interested setting to DNC but I want to call back people who given no response and I couldnt figure out how to get call details of No response calls.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Please read the stickies and the MANUAL (available on EFLO.net) before posting. In there you will find that you need to post your hardware and software with versions and any Other Software you may have installed in your system.

Put this information in your signature and you will save yourself a lot of 'waiting' time while noone can really help you because they don't have this information.

Also, you may find that you answer your own question or find out where your answer may be (so you don't have to wait for an answer ...).

ok, now we're making progress. what are your settings for your survey?

And please note that listing your "VicidialNOW" or "Vicibox" version is not the same as listing your Vicidial version (and build# from the bottom of most php pages when you are in the system). After all, upgrades happen, and not everyone (like me) happens to KNOW which version of VicidialNOW/Vicibox has which version of Vicidial in it.

Vicidial is the software we all use, VicidialNOW and Vicibox are "install iso's" that will deliver it to you. Their versions are not related to Vicidial itself. Although, personally, if I made a Gentoo release of VicidialGentoo or something similar, I think I'd make the "release" match the version (even the build) of the Vicidial in it. But that's me. I'm always the odd one. I practice.

Also, it is a good idea to explicitly say that you have NOT installed anything else on the box.

I should have be more specific with vicidial version.I thought since my query is on usage of functionality rather than a technical query I kept it succinct. Will try to give a detailed scenarios of setup from next post.

It doesn't have any additional software installed. It is meant for simple voice broadcasting dialer. Calls go via switchvox server which is connected via IAX trunk with vicidial.

Survey Setting are

Survey DTMF Digits: 12
Survey Not Interested Digit: 2
Survey Opt-in Audio File: xxxx
Survey Not Interested Audio File: xxx
Survey Method: Extension
Survey No-Response Action: OPTIN
Survey Not Interested Status: DNC
Survey Response Digit Map: <details>
Survey Survey Xfer Extension: 4567 # This goes to queue in Switchvox
