How vicidial handle the callerid? When we dial out a phone number, and connect to agent phone through the conference room, I think the callerid on the agent phone is not the client number called. It was the phone number to call you to the conference room. I have no idea this issue is related to vicidial or the voip setup. I know the client info would be shown up on the agent terminal if it is a predictive mode. But if it is a press 1 compaign, the transfer to agent will not show the client phone number. did I understand correctly?

press-1 should be showing the client phone number if the call is being transferred to a standard agent using the vicidial.php agent screen.
