Dial Timeout

Hello,

I want to set dial timeout to 10 seconds.

i was trying to achieve this using vicidial admin, campaign modification and SET Dial Timeout to 10. but its still not hanging call after 10 seconds.

Please help.

The campaign dial timeout is for auto-dial calling only. If you want to set a hard timeout on all calls you would need to do that in the carrier dialplan entry area or wherever the Dial command is in your dialplan.
