Stop working monitor feature

Please consider the following version installed for my issue.
VERSION: 2.2.0-211
BUILD: 90808-0300
Somehow the Real-Time SIP: Listen stop working.
Usually I only had to click the listen link in the list of ops and started to monitor the call.
Now, nothing happens after I click it
Please tell me if you need me to show you any log file.

since you are using the newest version have you tried the new method of monitoring?

sorry, I don't know the procedure.
I was used to monitor through the real time screen and sometimes entering the session id into the softphone but I found easier using the real time screen.
could you point me to the new method?

The new method uses the real-time screen, you go into it using the normal link, and then you open the configuration settings frame and you select MONITOR and enter in a phone_login below that, after submitting you will see MONITOR links beside each of the agents listings and when you click on it the system will place a call to that phones entry that goes to the agent's meetme session.
