Problem with users

hi,

I nead info abot sheet STATS at USERS.
Why do hell is there different number of records?
I mean in:
OUTBOUND CALLS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD: (10000 record limit)
and:
RECORDINGS FOR THIS TIME PERIOD: (10000 record limit)
why in the same period od time there are different number of records?

You are not giving us enough information for us to answer your rude question.

Of course there can be different totals for calls and recordings, there are many settings and reasons that could cause this.

Did you buy and read the Agent and Managers manuals? Lots of goodies in there that will help you out with the knowledge you seek.

Read the sections in the manual about "recording delay", settings for controlling recording ability by agents and "Show conference call channel information".

That's where you should start.

Also, I could not find the report "do hell." Where can i find it?
