Insert User/Agent Full Name in Agent SCRIPT out of database?

I am trying to add the users full name into the script section so i can populate a field for them to look at. I don't see it in the drop down list is there anyway to get the full name of the user/agent taking the call?

What are all the variables for the script that are not listed in the drop box?

Depends on your version, look in the source code to be sure.
