MSSQL support for ViciDial

Hi,

Does ViciDial supports MSSQL, actually my client have their own Database built on MSSQL.

They want us to integrate it in such a way that when a call comes in a pop up will appear on agent's screen.

Can anyone tells if its possible to have ViciDial work with custom database on MSSQL. I would appreciat if some detail is provided as I am not a developer.

No, we do not integrate directly with any proprietary databases.

What I would suggest is building a web page on your MSSQL server that the web form can direct to. This will achieve what you want to happen on the agent's screen.

You would also need to write a program to export/sync leads from your database to the ViciDial MySQL database.
