Debian:there are no available conference number, please try

Hi all..

This time I am trying to install Vicidial in debian 5 with vicidial 2.0.4 and asterisk 1.2.24.

When I log in I listen the message: "there are no availabe conference number, please try again"

The server connecto to another asterisk with a iax channel.

This seem to be good installed.

I move some asterisk configurtacion file from the old server with the same version of vicidial and asterisk and it is on debian 4.


1- I can login with eyebeam and I can even do calls to my mobile number.

2- I can login to the agent, and my eyen ring, but when I pick up the phone I listen "there are no available conference"

3- I can Clic in Resume and the calls start, I can see in CLI the outbound calls, and my office phone ring....and I can see to LIVE CALL active but then the agent logout....

Why can be that, any idea?

The conference and vicidial conference number are ok in the admin web application..

What else should I check?

Hi.. i have searching a lot and fix it...

The problem is vicidial use zaptel to do the conference , I had it, but there dont say it is necesary to have ztdummy too, it was but I had to load with modprobe ztdummy, after that the conference start.


But now I have another litle problem,

while I am login and in Live Call.. I can listen to the person but after some seconds, it try to logout because it say: "Customer hungup" .... any idea?

What is the Asterisk Version set to in the servers table?

1.2.24 , I installed the same version in the new server.

Is there anything in the MySQL live_channels table when this happens?

Howdy! Can you also post your dial plan for this carrier? And a segment of the CLI showing the call progress from dial to the moment of the annoying popup?
