Ok this morning our dialer started having popup windows comeup anytime the agent would get connected to a call (inbound or outboud)

Below is the site it is trying to bring up. (we have web access blocked for these agents)

I edited some of it to hide confidential info

Please help as this just seems totally crazy?

What is call launch set to for the campaign and in-groups?

it had something like vdcwebform not sure where it came from but i deleted it and will see how it runs... sorry for late response.
