my manual dial is not working....sometime it works but it does dial at all in many cases...????

i am using the asterisk version 1.2.27.

every thing work fine but when i try manual dial with its says "the dial time out contact ur system administrator"

the rest is fine but the manual dial doesnot dial out ....

just Dial in overdial (example us dial 71+number) .

is there any thing from the programming that we can do about fixing the manual dailaing??
