Auto Dial problem

Hi every one i have a "strange" problem with auto dialing.
When i set the dialing method to auto dial the customer phone is starting to ring,but when he answer the call nothing happens...it`s like he (the customer) is in the conference and after couple of seconds the call hangs up,with the voice message goodbye!
Manuall dial works perfect.
